Protocol van 1992 tot wijziging van het Internationaal Verdrag betreffende de instelling van een Internationaal Fonds voor vergoeding van schade door verontreiniging door olie, 1971
1. A conference for the purpose of revising or amending the 1992 Fund Convention may by convened by the Organization.
2. The Organization shall convene a Conference of Contracting States for the purpose of revising or amending the 1992 Fund Convention at the request of not less than one third of all Contracting States.
