Protocol bij het Verdrag van 1979 betreffende grensoverschrijdende luchtverontreiniging over lange afstand aangaande de langlopende financiering van het programma voor samenwerking inzake de bewaking en evaluatie van het transport van luchtverontreinigende stoffen over lange afstand in Europa (EMEP)
1. The present Protocol shall be subject to ratification, acceptance or approval by Signatories.
2. The present Protocol shall be open for accession as from 5 October 1984 by the States and Organisations referred to in Article 8, paragraph 1.
3. The instruments of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession shall be deposited with the Secretary-General of the United Nations, who will perform the functions of the depositary.
