1. The Institute shall communicate to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of the Netherlands from time to time a list of its personnel.
2. The Institute shall inform the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in each instance of the appointment or departure of members of its personnel.
