Overeenkomst tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en de Republiek Finland inzake wederzijdse bijstand in douanezaken
1. The customs authorities may, in accordance with the purpose of this Agreement and within the scope thereof, use information and documents received under this Agreement as evidence in their records, reports or statements as well as in judicial or administrative proceedings.
