Artikel XX
Verdrag tot oprichting van de Europese Organisatie voor Telecommunicatiesatellieten "EUTELSAT", zoals gewijzigd op 20 mei 1999
a) The official and working languages of EUTELSAT shall be English and French.
b) EUTELSAT shall, having regard to the general views of the Assembly of Parties, cooperate on matters of common interest with the United Nations and its specialized agencies, in particular the International Telecommunication Union, and other international organizations.
c) To comply with Resolution 1721 (XVI) of the General Assembly of the United Nations, EUTELSAT shall send to the Secretary General of the United Nations, and to the specialized agencies concerned, for their information, an annual report on its activities. The annual report shall also be sent to the Company Eutelsat S.A.
