Artikel 13

1. Where legal aid has been granted in accordance with Article 1, service of documents in any other Contracting State in pursuance of the legally aided person's proceedings shall not give rise to any charges regardless of the manner in which service is effected. The same applies to Letters of Request and social enquiry reports, except for fees paid to experts and interpreters.
