Artikel 23
Verdrag inzake conventionele strijdkrachten in Europa
No State Party shall be obliged to accept inspections pursuant to Sections VII and VIII of this Protocol representing more than 50 percent of its passive declared site inspection quota in a calendar year from the same State Party.
