Verdrag inzake het recht dat van toepassing is op het huwelijksvermogensregime
Any Contracting State desiring to make one of the declarations envisaged by Article 5, the fourth paragraph of Article 9, Article 21 or Article 26 shall notify such declaration to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
Notice shall be given in the same manner of any modification or withdrawal of such a declaration.
