Verdrag inzake het recht dat van toepassing is op erfopvolging
For the purposes of this Chapter an agreement as to succession is an agreement created in writing or resulting from mutual wills which, with or without consideration, creates, varies or terminates right in the future estate or estates of one or more persons parties to such agreement.
