Verdrag inzake de oprichting van de Caraïbische Postunie, met Protocol inzake voorrechten en immuniteiten van de Caraïbische Postunie
1. Provisions for implementing this Convention and provisions governing the operation of the Conference and the Management Board shall be contained in the Detailed Regulations, prepared by the Secretary General in consultation with members and approved by the Conference.
2. The Detailed Regulations form an integral part of this Convention.
3. To the extent that the Detailed Regulations are inconsistent with any provision of this Convention, the interpretation as set forth in the Convention shall prevail.
