Verdrag tussen de Regering van het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en de Regering van het Verenigd Koninkrijk van Groot-Brittannië en Noord-Ierland inzake het transport van aardgas door een pijpleiding tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en het Verenigd Koninkrijk van Groot-Brittannië en Noord-Ierland
Profits, gains and capital in respect of the Construction and Use of the Pipeline shall be taxed in accordance with the law of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the Kingdom of the Netherlands respectively and in accordance with the Convention for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with Respect to Taxes on Income and Capital Gains between the two countries, signed at The Hague on 7 November 1980 as amended by the Protocols signed at London on 12 July 1983 and at The Hague on 24 August 1989 and any further Protocols to that Convention or any Convention replacing that Convention as may enter into force in the future.
