Verdrag tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en het Koninkrijk Zweden betreffende het afzien van de vergoeding van de uitkeringen aan werklozen
1. This Agreement shall enter into force on the first day of the second month following the date on which the Kingdom of the Netherlands and the Kingdom of Sweden have notified each other in writing of the completion of their respective legal or constitutional procedures required for the entry into force of this Agreement.
2. The provisions of this Agreement shall be applied on unemployment benefits paid according to certificates E 303 with date of departure 1 January 2002 or later.
