Verdrag tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en de Republiek Zuid-Afrika inzake wederzijdse administratieve bijstand tussen hun douaneadministraties ten behoeve van de juiste toepassing van de douanewetgeving en de voorkoming, opsporing en de bestrijding van inbreuken op de douanewetgeving
On request, the requested administration may authorise its officials to appear before a court or tribunal in the other Contracting Party as experts or witnesses in the matter of a customs offence.
