Artikel 15
Memorandum van overeenstemming inzake de oprichting van de Organisatie Mondiaal Samenwerkingsverband Water
1. A full audit of the financial management and transactions of the Organisation shall be conducted on an annual basis.
2. The audit shall be conducted by External Auditors from an independent international accounting firm appointed by the Meeting of the Sponsoring Partners. The External Auditor shall be appointed for a period of one year, which shall be subject to automatic renewal, unless the Meeting of the Sponsoring Partners decided otherwise.
3. The Steering Committee shall submit the audit report to the Partners and the Sponsoring Partners with any comments it may find required.
