Verdrag tussen de Regering van het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en de Regering van de Staat Koeweit tot het vermijden van dubbele belasting en het voorkomen van het ontgaan van belasting met betrekking tot belastingen naar het inkomen
1. The provisions of this Agreement shall not be construed to restrict in any manner any exclusion, exemption, deduction, credit or other allowance now or hereafter accorded by any other special arrangement on taxation in connection with the economic or technical cooperation between the Contracting States.
2. The competent authorities of each Contracting State may prescribe regulations in order to carry out the provisions of this Agreement and will inform each other of such regulations.
