Verdrag tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en de Republiek Kroatië tot het vermijden van dubbele belasting en het voorkomen van het ontgaan van belasting met betrekking tot belastingen naar het inkomen en naar het vermogen
This Agreement shall remain in force indefinitely but either of the Contracting States may, on or before the thirtieth day of June in any calendar year beginning after the expiration of a period of five years from the date of its entry into force, give written notice of denunciation to the other Contracting State through diplomatic channels. In such event this Agreement shall cease to have effect with respect to income derived or accrued and capital owned during the taxable years and periods beginning on or after the first day of January in the calendar year next following that in which the notice of denunciation is given.
