Samenwerkingsverdrag tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en de Internationale Organisatie voor Migratie
1. Upon mutual agreement between IOM and the Netherlands, IOM shall implement the following migration programmes and activities:
a) assisted voluntary return programmes for asylum seekers and other aliens;
b) other programmes and activities.
2. Modalities concerning the implementation of such programmes and activities shall be agreed upon between IOM and the Netherlands.
