Verdrag tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en Bosnië-Herzegowina inzake de bevordering en de wederzijdse bescherming van investeringen
In accordance with the Charter for the Kingdom of the Netherlands, the present Agreement shall apply to the part of the Kingdom in Europe, the Netherlands Antilles and to Aruba, unless the notification provided for in Article 13, paragraph 1 provides otherwise.
In accordance with the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the present Agreement shall apply to the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
