Artikel 12
Verdrag betreffende het aannemen van eenvormige voorwaarden voor periodieke technische keuringen van motorvoertuigen en de wederzijdse erkenning van dergelijke keuringen
Bodies or establishments designated by a Contracting Party may carry out periodical technical inspections in accordance with this Agreement on behalf of another Contracting Party provided both the Contracting Party where the vehicle is registered and the Contracting Party where the inspections are to take place are in agreement. The certificate delivered in application of Article 12 must clearly make reference to the agreement between the concerned Contracting Parties.
