Verdrag tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en Roemenië tot het vermijden van dubbele belasting en het voorkomen van het ontgaan van belasting met betrekking tot belastingen naar het inkomen en naar het vermogen
1. The provisions of this Convention relating to the taxation of capital and the avoidance of double taxation on capital will only be effective if and as long as both Contracting States levy a general tax on capital.
