Verdrag tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en Roemenië tot het vermijden van dubbele belasting en het voorkomen van het ontgaan van belasting met betrekking tot belastingen naar het inkomen en naar het vermogen
Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph 1 of Article 18 of the Convention, the Netherlands may apply its national legislation with respect to the payments referred to therein. When the competent authority of Romania informs the competent authority of the Netherlands that, under the legislation of Romania, Romania can tax such payments, the competent authorities shall by mutual agreement determine whether and to what extent the provisions of paragraph 1 of Article 18 will be applicable.
