Artikel 10
Verdrag tussen de Regering van het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en de Regering van de Republiek Slovenië inzake de bevordering en de wederzijdse bescherming van investeringen
1. The provisions of this Agreement shall, from the date of entry into force thereof, also apply to investments which have been made before that date.
2. Investors referred to in Article 1 paragraph b) (iii) may not rise a claim based on this Agreement if in respect of the same matter the provisions of another investment protection agreement have been invoked.
