Elfde Protocol bij het Verdrag tot bescherming van de rechten van de mens en de fundamentele vrijheden, betreffende herstructurering van het bij dat Verdrag ingestelde controlemechanisme
The Secretary General of the Council of Europe shall notify the member States of the Council of
a) any signature;
b) the deposit of any instrument of ratification, acceptance or approval;
c) the date of entry into force of this Protocol or of any of its provisions in accordance with Article 4; and
d) any other act, notification or communication relating to this Protocol.
