Artikel 18
Internationale Overeenkomst inzake tropisch hout, 1994
1. There shall be established:
a) The Administrative Account;
b) The Special Account;
c) The Bali Partnership Fund; and
d) Such other accounts as the Council shall deem appropiate and necessary.
2. The Executive Director shall be responsible for the administration of these accounts and the Council shall make provision therefor in the financial rules of the Organization.
