Verdrag tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en het Koninkrijk Noorwegen inzake sociale zekerheid
Unless otherwise provided in this Convention, persons designated in Article 3, paragraph 2 a) shall, when they stay or reside in the territory of one of the Contracting Parties, have the same obligations and rights as nationals of that Contracting Party regarding the application of the legislation of that Contracting Party.
