Verdrag tot verbod van de ontwikkeling, de produktie, de aanleg van voorraden en het gebruik van chemische wapens en inzake de vernietiging van deze wapens
To ensure that the provisions of Article V and this Part are fulfilled, the combined plans for conversion and verification shall be agreed upon between the Executive Council and the State Party. This agreement shall be completed not less than 60 days before conversion is planned to begin.
