Artikel 10

1. By entering into force of this Agreement, the Agreement on international road transport concluded between the Kingdom of the Netherlands and the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia on 8th September 1966, as amended, will be terminated as far as the relations between the Kingdom of the Netherlands and the Republic of Croatia are concerned.
2. The Contracting Parties shall exchange information through diplomatic channels about the fulfilment of the requirements of national legislation, necessary for entering into force of the Agreement.
3. This Agreement enters into force on the first day of the second month following the date on which the last diplomatic note mentioned in paragraph 2 of this Article is received.
4. The Agreement shall remain in force for a period of one year after its entry into force. Thereafter, the Agreement shall be tacitly extended from year to year unless one of the Contracting Parties has, six months prior to the date of extension, informed the other Contracting Party through diplomatic channels of its intention to terminate the Agreement.
