Artikel 8
Overeenkomst betreffende de uitvoering van Deel XI van het Verdrag van de Verenigde Naties inzake het recht van de zee van 10 december 1982
1. For the purposes of this Agreement, “States Parties” means States which have consented to be bound by this Agreement and for which this Agreement is in force.
2. This Agreement applies “mutatis mutandis” to the entities referred to in article 305, paragraph 1c), d), e) and f), of the Convention which become Parties to this Agreement in accordance with the conditions relevant to each, and to that extent “States Parties” refers to those entities.
