Artikel 31
Verdrag tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en de Volksrepubliek Bangladesh tot het vermijden van dubbele belasting en het voorkomen van het ontgaan van belasting met betrekking tot belastingen naar het inkomen
This Convention shall remain in force until terminated by a Contracting State. Either Contracting State may terminate the Convention, through diplomatic channels, by giving to the other Contracting State, written notice of termination not later than 30th June of any calendar year from the fifth year following that in which the instruments of ratification have been exchanged. In such event, the Convention shall cease to have effect:
a) in the Netherlands: for taxable years and periods beginning on or after January 1 in the calendar year next following that in which the notice of termination is given;
b) in Bangladesh: for any year of assessment beginning on or after July 1 in the calendar year next following that in which the notice of termination is given.
