Verdrag tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en de Tsjechische Republiek inzake luchtdiensten tussen en via hun onderscheiden grondgebieden
1. An airline designated by each Contracting Party shall notify for approval to the aeronautical authorities of the other Contracting Party, at least forty-five (45) days in advance, the timetable of its intended services, specifying the frequency, type of aircraft, configuration and number of seats to be made available to the public.
2. Requests for permission to operate additional flights can be submitted by the designated airline for approval directly to the aeronautical authorities of the other, Contracting Party.
