Verdrag inzake de Internationale Bepalingen ter voorkoming van aanvaringen op zee, 1972
1. A Conference for the purpose of revising this Convention or the Regulations or both may be convened by the Organization.
2. The Organization shall convene a Conference of Contracting Parties for the purpose of revising this Convention or the Regulations or both a the request of not less than one-third of the Contracting Parties.
