Invoeringswet Omgevingswet
1. Een ontheffing als bedoeld in <a href="/wet/BWBR0003245/artikel/7.4" class="text-primary-600 hover:text-primary-700 underline decoration-primary-300">artikel 7.4</a>of <a href="/wet/BWBR0003245/artikel/7.5" class="text-primary-600 hover:text-primary-700 underline decoration-primary-300">7.5 van de Wet milieubeheer </a>die onherroepelijk is, geldt als een ontheffing als bedoeld in <a href="/wet/BWBR0037885/artikel/16.44" class="text-primary-600 hover:text-primary-700 underline decoration-primary-300">artikel 16.44 van de Omgevingswet</a>.
2. Als een verzoek om ontheffing als bedoeld in <a href="/wet/BWBR0003245/artikel/7.4" class="text-primary-600 hover:text-primary-700 underline decoration-primary-300">artikel 7.4</a>of <a href="/wet/BWBR0003245/artikel/7.5" class="text-primary-600 hover:text-primary-700 underline decoration-primary-300">7.5 van de Wet milieubeheer </a>voor inwerkingtreding van <a href="/wet/BWBR0037885/artikel/16.44" class="text-primary-600 hover:text-primary-700 underline decoration-primary-300">artikel 16.44 van de Omgevingswet</a>is ingediend, blijft het oude recht van toepassing tot de beslissing op het verzoek onherroepelijk is.
2. Als een verzoek om ontheffing als bedoeld in <a href="/wet/BWBR0003245/artikel/7.4" class="text-primary-600 hover:text-primary-700 underline decoration-primary-300">artikel 7.4</a>of <a href="/wet/BWBR0003245/artikel/7.5" class="text-primary-600 hover:text-primary-700 underline decoration-primary-300">7.5 van de Wet milieubeheer </a>voor inwerkingtreding van <a href="/wet/BWBR0037885/artikel/16.44" class="text-primary-600 hover:text-primary-700 underline decoration-primary-300">artikel 16.44 van de Omgevingswet</a>is ingediend, blijft het oude recht van toepassing tot de beslissing op het verzoek onherroepelijk is.
