Dit hoofdstuk is van toepassing op zorg of dienst als omschreven bij of krachtens de <a href="/wet/BWBR0018450" class="text-primary-600 hover:text-primary-700 underline decoration-primary-300">Zorgverzekeringswet</a>welke wordt geleverd door zelfstandige revalidatiecentra, radiotherapeutische centra en dialysecentra.
