Artikel 1
Besluit voorkoming dubbele belasting BES
1. Dit besluit is van toepassing voor de heffing van de navolgende belastingen:
a. inkomstenbelasting BES;
b. loonbelasting BES;
c. kansspelbelasting als bedoeld in hoofdstuk VIIA van de Belastingwet BES.
2. Dit besluit vindt slechts toepassing voor zover niet op andere wijze in het voorkomen van dubbele belasting is voorzien.
