Artikel 1
Instellingsbesluit Productschap Tuinbouw
In dit besluit en de daarop berustende bepalingen wordt verstaan onder:
a. de wet: de Wet op de bedrijfsorganisatie;
b. de raad: de Sociaal-Economische Raad;
c. het productschap: het Productschap Tuinbouw;
d. sectorcommissie: orgaan als bedoeld in artikel 88a van de wet.
