Artikel 1
Instellingsbesluit Akkerbouwproductschappen
In dit besluit en de daarop berustende bepalingen wordt verstaan onder:
a. de wet: de Wet op de bedrijfsorganisatie;
b. de raad: de Sociaal-Economische Raad;
c. hoofdproductschap: Hoofdproductschap Akkerbouw;
d. productschap: Productschap Akkerbouw, onderscheidenlijk Productschap Diervoeder, onderscheidenlijk Productschap Wijn;
e. commissie: een orgaan als bedoeld in artikel 88a van de wet.
