1. Het Rijksinstituut voor Volksgezondheid en Milieu staat onder leiding van een Directeur-Generaal;
2. Het instituut bestaat uit de volgende onderdelen:
a. Sector Vaccins;
b. Sector Volksgezondheid;
c. Sector Voeding en Consumentenveiligheid;
d. Sector Milieurisico's en Externe Veiligheid;
e. Milieu- en Natuur Planbureau;
f. Stichting tot Bevordering van Volksgezondheid en Milieuhygiëne;
g. Stafbureau Strategie, Bestuursondersteuning en Communicatie;
h. Directie Bedrijfsvoering & Control.
2. Het instituut bestaat uit de volgende onderdelen:
a. Sector Vaccins;

c. Sector Voeding en Consumentenveiligheid;
