Artikel 8
Regeling bevordering eigenwoningbezit
Voor een primaire toekenning van een eigenwoningbijdrage als bedoeld in artikel 23, aanhef, van de wet wordt de hypothecaire lening afgesloten in de vorm van een:
a. annuïteitenhypotheek;
b. lineaire hypotheek;
c. spaarhypotheek, of
d. combinatie van hypotheekvormen als bedoeld onder a, b en c.
