Besluit beheer land- en tuinbouwfolie
Een producent of importeur draagt er zorg voor dat de door hem in Nederland op de markt gebrachte landbouwfolie of tuinbouwfolie na gebruik wordt ingenomen en nuttig wordt toegepast of wordt verwijderd.
