Artikel VIII
Overeenkomst tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en de Republiek Korea tot het vermijden van dubbele belasting en het voorkomen van het ontgaan van belasting met betrekking tot belastingen naar het inkomen
The provisions of paragraph 1 of Article 20 shall likewise apply in respect of remuneration or pensions paid by the Bank of Korea, the Korea Exchange Bank, the Export-Import Bank of Korea, the Korea Trade Promotion Corporation and any other government owned instrumentality performing functions of a governmental nature, provided that such remuneration or pensions are not paid in respect of services rendered in the Netherlands in connection with any business carried on therein.
