Overeenkomst tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en de Republiek Korea tot het vermijden van dubbele belasting en het voorkomen van het ontgaan van belasting met betrekking tot belastingen naar het inkomen
With respect to subparagraph b) of paragraph 1 of Article 2 of the Convention, it is understood that the Korean defense tax where charged by reference to the income tax or the corporation tax is also the subject of this Convention.
