Overeenkomst tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en de Republiek Venezuela tot het vermijden van dubbele belasting en het voorkomen van het ontgaan van belasting met betrekking tot belastingen naar het inkomen
When according to the provisions of this Convention income shall be relieved from tax in the Netherlands, and that income according to the law in force in Venezuela is considered to be foreign-source income and for that reason is exempt from tax in Venezuela, the Netherlands may tax such income as if the Convention had not come into effect.
