Artikel XVII
Overeenkomst tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en de Republiek Turkije tot het vermijden van dubbele belasting en het voorkomen van het ontgaan van belasting met betrekking tot belastingen naar het inkomen
In respect of paragraph 1 of Article 26 it is understood that as long as the Republic of Turkey has not signed the additional protocol of March 17 1978 to the European Convention on Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters of April 20, 1959, the provisions of paragraph 1 of Article 26 shall not be operative to information required for prosecution.
