Artikel IV
Overeenkomst tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en de Republiek Turkije tot het vermijden van dubbele belasting en het voorkomen van het ontgaan van belasting met betrekking tot belastingen naar het inkomen
1. In respect of paragraph 2 of Article 6, it is understood that the term “fishing places of every kind” does not include sea fishing places outside the territorial waters of the States.
2. It is understood that income from immovable property shall not include the items of income dealt with in Article 12
