Verdrag tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en het Hasjemitische Koninkrijk Jordanië tot het vermijden van dubbele belasting en het voorkomen van het ontgaan van belasting met betrekking tot belastingen naar het inkomen
Notwithstanding the provision of paragraph 2, subparagraph a, the provisions of paragraph 2 shall not apply as long as the domestic law in either of the Contracting States exempts or does not subject such dividends to tax.
