Overeenkomst tussen de Regering van het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en de Regering van de Hongaarse Volksrepubliek tot het vermijden van dubbele belasting en het voorkomen van het ontgaan van belasting met betrekking tot belastingen naar het inkomen en naar het vermogen
If one of the States intends to levy a tax on profit distributions made by a joint venture in the form of a partnership with foreign participation, then the competent authorities shall consult each other in order to reach agreement whether this tax can be levied under the provisions of this Convention.
