Overeenkomst tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en de Volksrepubliek Bulgarije tot het vermijden van dubbele belasting en het voorkomen van het ontgaan van belasting met betrekking tot belastingen naar het inkomen
Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph 2 of Article 12, royalties arising in one of the States and paid to a resident of the other State shall be taxable only in that other State, as long as under the provisions of Netherlands taxation law, the Netherlands does not levy a tax at source on royalties.
