Verdrag tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en de Republiek Oezbekistan tot het vermijden van dubbele belasting met betrekking tot belastingen naar het inkomen en naar het vermogen en het voorkomen van het ontgaan en ontwijken van belasting
1. Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph 2 of Article 11 and paragraph 2 of Article 12 of the Convention, if and as long as the Netherlands, under its national legislation, levies no withholding tax on interest or royalties paid to a resident of Uzbekistan, the percentage provided for in paragraph 2 of Article 11 or paragraph 2 of Article 12 of the Convention, as the case may be, shall be reduced to zero percent.
