Verdrag tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en de Republiek Moldavië tot het vermijden van dubbele belasting en het voorkomen van het ontgaan van belasting met betrekking tot belastingen naar het inkomen en naar het vermogen
Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph 1 of Article 18, the Netherlands may apply its national legislation with respect to the payments referred to therein, until the competent authority of Moldova informs the competent authority of the Netherlands that, under Moldovan legislation, Moldova can tax such payments.
