Verdrag tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en de Republiek Moldavië tot het vermijden van dubbele belasting en het voorkomen van het ontgaan van belasting met betrekking tot belastingen naar het inkomen en naar het vermogen
Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph 2 of Article 11 interest paid in respect of a contract of financing or of delay in payment relating to the sale on credit of any merchandise or industrial, commercial or scientific equipment or to the construction of industrial, commercial or scientific installations as well as of public works shall be taxable only in the Contracting State of which the beneficial owner thereof is a resident.
